…Melissa and her team from KPI have been great to deal with, from help finding, negotiating and buying my first ever property, in a city I didn't know well, to managing the tenants who have been living in it since I have moved out after a few years. Also provided some great assistance during renovations during a vacancy.
The growth in value in my apartment in St Kilda West was amazing to experience and had I not employed Melissa's expertise there is no way I could have achieved the same benefit, allowing me to purchase a property to move into (on a single income) in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. people say it is impossible to afford living in Sydney or Melbourne, well they clearly don't get the right advice!
Due to how little I know about property I wouldn't attempt to buy one without the help of a Buyers Agent, and whenever I am buying in Victoria, there is only one place that I would call. Thanks Melissa, hopefully I will be on track to need your help again soon for another!
Due to the nature of my work I can't commit a lot of time to the management of my property and Melissa and her team have been awesome at looking after all the property and tenant's needs with little requirement for interaction.
