Kensington - Investor
This is my second time engaging Melissa’s services as a buyer’s advocate. She is very good at what she does, with years of real estate experience under her belt. On my first engagement with her, she was able to secure for me my first home at a very affordable price. This time around, I gave Melissa a challenge: to get me an investment property 5-10km from Melbourne CBD, that is within my budget. She accepted my challenge, and throughout the process of securing a property, she made sure I’m updated and well-informed of each decision.
