Rental Applications
Once you’ve found your new home an application for tenancy will be required by every person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property.
Before lodging the Application be absolutely certain you want the property.
When emailing your Application, you must submit a form of photo identification together with 100 points of ID. In most instances we are can process your application within 24 hours and advise you by telephone and/or email keeping you up to date with our progress.
Please remember that all Applications for a property are subject to final approval by the Rental Provider.
If your Application is successful we require you to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement and pay your rental bond on the day of approval. Once the bond has been paid, our office will notifty the RTBA on behalf of all parties.
