... I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping me to achieve my dream of buying a period home in the Clifton Hill area I had set my heart on. After a year of looking I finally found the right house but was unsure whether it was affordable or if I would be able to get it at the auction.
Thanks to your help, guidance and advice the process was simple and straight forward and took a lot of the stress and worry about the work needed to get ready for the big day. On the day your bidding techniques ensured that despite stiff opposition I did get the property at what I considered to be the right price.
I am now looking forward to moving into my first home in Australia with the assurance that I have obtained a good house in a great location which will keep me in good stead for the future.
