Investment Property - Kensington
We are just writing to express our appreciation for Melissa's efforts in finding us an investment property. We had been looking for an investment property for several months before Melissa was recommended to us by a friend who had used her buyers advocacy service.
Melissa's help has been invaluable in several ways:
1. Her ability to identify the right suburb and her intimate knowledge of the exact streets to buy in was worth its weight in gold. This is the sort of knowledge that is built up from many years of experience in the industry.
2. Finding the right property at the right price is a difficult task at the best of times. Melissa made this process simple for us which was highly appreciated as we are time poor individuals.
3. Once the property was identified then Melissa's service really starts to “delight”. Her contacts within the industry and her research skills allowed us to be in a prime position when it came to negotiating on the property. Her abilities here clearly saved us thousands.
4. The negotiation pulled everything together. Melissa was able to bring in all her skills, the knowledge she had about the seller, the current state of the market, other comparable sales in the last few months etc etc. The end result was that we were able to purchase the perfect property in the perfect position at the perfect price.
Melissa puts her whole body and soul into her work. This is clear in every contact we had with her. She is one of the most driven yet lovely individuals that we have ever dealt with and we are very happy to work in partnership with KPI and Melissa to build our property portfolio into the future.
Overall we are exceptionally happy with Melissa's and KPI's services. We were so impressed that we have decided to rent our property (purchased through KPI) and our existing property through KPI from now onwards.
