We bought our first home with Melissa in late 2018. My partner and I both work full-time, including night shifts and interstate work. We fell in love with a property on our first day attending opens and got Melissa on the job that week. Two weeks later the property unexpectedly went on the market prior to auction, to be sold to the highest offer with 24 hours notice! Melissa advised us on an offer and submitted the offer on our behalf (she'd thought ahead and arranged power of attorney already just in case). We won the property and were only a few thousand above the next highest offer, so her recommendation was spot on. What's more, the selling agent called Melissa when the property went to market and not us, so without her we may have never even had a chance to put in an offer. Using Melissa was the best decision we made as busy first home buyers, and we wouldn't have got our home without her.
