... I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your assistance and professional advice in the research and purchase of our new property.
Over the weekend I was reflecting on the entire process and can still not believe how easy it was. As you are aware I have had some experience in buying properties in the past, however, utilizing your services not only gave us a fantastic result, but ensured that we could continue with our hectic schedules. From our first meeting your conduct was nothing other than extremely professional. Certainly your advice came to good use both during the negotiations and in finding the location that best suited our purposes given the areas we provided to you as preferences for our future living requirements.
Another area where your knowledge and conduct became critical in the entire process for was your attention to detail. As you know my schedule requires extensive travel and does not provide a lot of time for finalizing details of contracts, talking to government bodies and real estate agents. You certainly ensured that no matter what the opportunity was for a potential property, the ‘I’s were doted and ‘T’s crossed. Having this high level of peace of mind that details were being dealt with certainly provides me as a customer more time to spend on the actual acquisition and what my requirements are in moving forward as opposed to worrying about the legalities of purchasing the property.
