Have been renting with KPI for over 2 years now, and what a refreshing experience it has been. After 10 years renting with various agents that don't seem to have time for the tenant, it's nice to have property managers and support staff that are there for you. From keeping the property well maintained to regular communications on the market (rent and buy), KPI continue to perform well above expectation in a pretty competitive market. It's nice to have a real estate agent actually communicate, pay some attention and be there for their customers. Definitely recommend for prospective landlords/tenants!
